Carpet Machine Lease
Carpet Cleaning Machine Lease & Finance
A professional carpet cleaning machine is a serious purchase. Leasing lets you put one to work now and pay for it weekly out of the income it generates, rather than finding several thousand pounds up front. We supply Prochem and Santoemma machines on lease purchase agreements from £15 per week, and at the end of the term the machine belongs to you.
- Leasing is 100% Tax efficient as all leasing payments are tax allowable. Every leasing agreement could qualify to reduce a businesses Corporation Tax bill.
- Leasing improves cash flow as you can obtain important equipment for you business and still have cash to spend elsewhere.
- Helps you budget for the future.
- You have access to a higher standard of equipment that you might not be able to afford to purchase outright.
- Spread the cost over a period of time that suits you.
Why lease instead of buying outright?
Most carpet cleaning businesses we deal with are one to five vans. The machine is the business, and tying up a large amount of working capital in it leaves very little for vehicles, chemicals or marketing.
Leasing changes the maths, a machine on a £25-month agreement costs roughly less weekly than a full upfront cost. If you’re currently sub-contracting work out, hiring in, or turning down commercial contracts because you don’t have the capacity, the machine typically pays for its own weekly payment several times over.
How lease purchase works
- Tell us which machine you want or describe the work you do and we’ll recommend one.
- We quote your weekly figure based on the machine price and number of months for the agreement.
- Application and credit check which is handled by finance provider. Usually a decision within a few working hours. We’ll tell you up front what’s needed by the provider.
- Sign and schedule delivery.
- Machine delivered and demonstrated and we show you and your operators how to get the best from it.
- At the end of term the machine is yours.
