DELIVERY AND RETURNS INFORMATION

Delivery Times

Standard delivery is a 48HR service, carriage costs are variable dependent on location and value of order. We estimate that your order will be delivered within 48 hours from the point at which we receive it. Our business hours are as below. Orders placed outside these hours will not be dispatched until the following business day. Please note if you order after 3.30pm your order may not be acknowledged until the following business day. We manually review all orders to ensure we are able to fulfil them promptly and as a result we reserve the right to amend, delay or cancel your order. If we do so we will inform you via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Cleaning Solutions UK takes great care to ensure that all the products we sell are of a high quality. However, if any goods you receive are damaged or faulty, they will be replaced free of charge or you will be refunded in full for the value of the defective items.

For all other returns, items may be sent back within an average 14-day return period from the date of delivery. A restocking charge of 20% of the invoice value will apply to these returns. To be eligible for a credit, all items must be returned in their original condition and suitable for resale.

Before returning any goods, please contact us by emailing sales@cleaningsolutionsuk.net or calling 01823 286827 to discuss your return and obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN). Any items returned without a Goods Return Number will be placed into quarantine and no action will be taken until the return has been authorised.

Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Package the items securely together with the original packing materials and send to:-

It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the package for return. We cannot be held responsible for items that are shipped back to us, until we have signed for them on receipt.
