Kärcher Professional Cashback – 21st September 2020 – 31st October 2020

Terms and Conditions:

The Promoter: Kärcher (UK) Ltd, Brookhill Way, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 3ED By entering the Promotion, you agree to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and to comply fully with them. You must register your claim 14 days after the date of purchase. Your purchase date is counted as Day 1. Claims can be made up to 30th November 2020.
The product purchased must be a Kärcher Professional Machine (appendix 1) to qualify for cashback; no other products will be accepted. To qualify for cashback product must new; second-hand products will NOT be accepted.

Cashback is limited to 1 (one) claim per Qualifying Product. Payments will be issued within 28 days of validation via Kärcher Prepaid Mastercard®. You will receive an email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com to select your choice of a physical or virtual card.

General

The Promotion is open to residents of the UK, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man who purchase a Qualifying Product from a Qualifying Retailer within the promotion period as fully defined in the website at www.karcherrewards.co.uk. Qualifying purchases must be made between 21st September 2020 and 31st October 2020
The Promoter reserves the right to change Qualifying Products and Retailers during the Promotional Period without any notice. Qualifying retailers (appendix 2)
The Promotion is not open to Kärcher employees or their immediate families, agents, wholesalers, re-sellers, retailers, retail staff, participating stockists or anyone professionally affiliated with the Promotion. Re-sellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.

Claiming

Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only, who purchased the product and own the product. The product must be one of the Qualifying Products. If the product is not one of the Qualifying Products, you will not be eligible to participate. The Promotion is limited to one claim per Qualifying Product.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, to enter the Promotion, you must:
Visit www.karcherrewards.co.uk and complete the online claim form, by uploading a copy of your receipt (or email order confirmation) after 14 days from the date of purchase (the date of purchase is day 1). Upon submitting your claim, you will receive email confirmation of your application. Claims must be submitted by 30th November 2020.
If your claim is successfully validated, your cashback amount will be paid via Kärcher Prepaid Mastercard within 28 days from validation of your claim. You will receive an email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com to select your choice of a physical or virtual card. A valid email address is required to receive payment.
Claims will be validated within 4 (four) working days from the date your claim was submitted. You should receive email confirmation within 7 (seven) working days from submitting your claim. Please check junk and spam folders. If you do not receive any email confirmation within 7 (seven) days of submitting your claim, please contact us at karcherrewards@360incentives.com or 0800 098 8292.

Payment

Once your claim has been reviewed we will email you with our result. If successful, you will receive your cashback (inclusive of all taxes) by Kärcher Prepaid Mastercard within 28 days of validation. You will receive an email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com to
select your choice of a physical or virtual card in pounds (£). Cashback will only be paid to the purchaser of the Qualifying Product. A valid email address is required to receive payment. In the event incorrect or insufficient information has been provided and the
Promoter makes a payment that is rejected or not received by you, the Promoter will not be responsible for re-issuing such payment.

Restrictions

Only complete claims will be accepted. The Promoter accepts no liability for any claims that are lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or fail to reach the Promoter within the required time frame (including but not limited to any fraud or suspected fraud activity). The Promoter
reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, duplicate, altered or illegible claims. The Promoter reserves the right to request additional evidence to support validation of a claim prior to making payment, if they believe a claim is not legitimate. If you return the Qualifying Product following the submission of your claim, you will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the Promotion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes its liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered by you, whether directly or indirectly and howsoever caused, in connection with the Promotion.
All documentation submitted for this Promotion becomes property of the Promoter and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this Promotion and other Kärcher promotions and may result in you being subject to prosecution. The decisions of the Promoter will be final and binding, and no discussion will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel these Terms and Conditions at anytime without notice.
