A spec sheet tells you the tank size, but it doesn’t tell you whether the machine turns tightly enough for your aisles, dries fast enough to reopen a walkway, or is light enough for the staff who’ll actually use it. On a demo you find all of that out in twenty minutes, on your own floor.
