Floor Scrubber Lease
Floor Scrubber Dryer Lease & Finance
Buying a commercial scrubber dryer outright means finding a large amount of capital in one go. Leasing spreads that across weekly payments you can budget against a cleaning contract, and the machine is yours at the end of the term. We supply Numatic and Kärcher scrubber dryers on lease purchase from £14 per week*, with a free on-site demonstration before you commit to anything.
- Leasing is 100% Tax efficient as all leasing payments are tax allowable. Every leasing agreement could qualify to reduce a businesses Corporation Tax bill.
- Leasing improves cash flow as you can obtain important equipment for you business and still have cash to spend elsewhere.
- Helps you budget for the future.
- You have access to a higher standard of equipment that you might not be able to afford to purchase outright.
- Spread the cost over a period of time that suits you.
Who Leases Floor Scrubber Dryers
Most of the businesses we set up on scrubber dryer leases fall into three groups:
- Contract cleaners who’ve won a site and need a machine on it next week, before the first invoice is paid.
- Facilities and in-house teams in schools, warehouses, care homes, leisure centres, where capital expenditure sign-off takes months but an operating budget line does not.
- Growing operations who are replacing mopping with machine cleaning, where the labour saving covers the payment on its own.
Free on-site demonstration
We’ll bring the machine to your site and run it on your actual floor, at no cost and with no obligation. It’s the only reliable way to know whether a machine handles your surface, your soiling and your access restrictions.
